2. Our sofas
Photos are for illustration. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Where a colour or material has no photo (for example Crushed Velvet, Tokyo Fabric or a fabric sofa made in leather), we show a close-up of the material instead. Where a photo shows a different option (for example the 3 + 2 set), we say so under the photo. Sizes are approximate and may vary by a few centimetres.
Our Leather Sofas, and fabric sofas ordered in leather, are made in bonded leather.
3. Prices
- All prices are in pounds sterling (£).
- Winter Sale prices end on 31 December 2026 at 23:59 (UK time).
- Multi-sofa discount: the first sofa in your order is full price and every extra sofa in the same order is £50 off. A sofa set counts as one sofa. Stools do not count and are not discounted.
- Delivery: free to the ground floor or with a lift; otherwise £10 per floor per sofa, up to £40 per sofa for the 4th floor or higher (see our Delivery page).
- Options such as leather, professional assembly and delivery charges are shown in your order summary before you order.
4. Ordering
When you click “Buy now”, you place an order with an obligation to pay. We will email you a copy of your order. Our team will then call you to confirm your order, delivery date and details. The contract between us is made when we confirm your order. If we cannot accept your order (for example if an item is unavailable), we will tell you, and you will not have to pay.
5. Payment
There is nothing to pay on this website. You can pay by cash on delivery, or by bank transfer. For bank transfer, our team will give you our bank details on the phone. We will never ask for your card details, and our bank details will never change by email or text – if you receive a message like that, please call us first.
6. Delivery and assembly
We aim to deliver in 1–2 days, on the date we agree with you. Please make sure your sofa will fit through doorways, hallways and stairs. Sofa sets, single sofas and straight sofas arrive fully assembled; corner sofas (including U-shaped corner sofas) arrive in sections, with optional professional assembly.
7. Your right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery – see our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms. Sofas made to your size (for example 10cm or 20cm shorter) cannot be returned for a change of mind.
8. Faulty goods
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. If your sofa is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will collect it free and repair, replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
