1–2 day delivery
We deliver in 1–2 days after you order. Order before 9pm (UK time) and you can choose next-day delivery. You can also pick a later date that suits you, up to 3 months ahead.
After you order, our delivery team will call you to confirm your delivery date and details.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free to the ground floor, and free to any floor if there is a lift. If there is no lift, carrying your sofa upstairs costs:

- A sofa set (for example a 3 + 2 set) counts as one sofa.
- Stools are carried up free.
- The delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout before you order.
Assembly
Sofa sets, single sofas and straight sofas arrive fully assembled. Corner sofas (including our U-shaped corner sofas) arrive in sections, and you can add professional assembly when you choose your corner sofa: £49 for Standard and Leather corner sofas, £80 for Premium corner sofas.
Before your delivery
- Please measure doorways, hallways, stairs and lifts to make sure your sofa will fit.
- Tell us about parking or tricky access in the delivery notes when you order.
- When your sofa arrives, please check it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
Paying for your order. Pay by cash on delivery, or by bank transfer. For bank transfer, our team will give you our bank details on the phone when they confirm your order.
