How do I pay?
Nothing to pay online. You can pay by cash on delivery, or by bank transfer. For bank transfer, our team will give you our bank details on the phone when they confirm your order.
We will never ask for your card details, and our bank details will never change by email or text. If you get a message like that, please call us first.
How quickly will my sofa arrive?
We deliver in 1–2 days. Order before 9pm (UK time) to choose next-day delivery, or pick any date up to 3 months ahead. Our delivery team will call you to confirm the date.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free to the ground floor, and free to any floor if there is a lift. Without a lift, it is £10 per floor per sofa (1st floor £10, 2nd £20, 3rd £30, 4th floor or higher £40). A sofa set counts as one sofa, and stools are free.
Do I save if I buy more than one sofa?
Yes – £50 off every extra sofa in the same order. For example, a 3 + 2 set and a 1 seater saves £50; add another sofa and you save £100. A sofa set counts as one sofa, and stools do not count.
Can I have a different size?
Yes. Any sofa can be made 10cm or 20cm shorter at no extra cost – just choose it on the sofa page. For corner and U-shape sofas, tell us which side to shorten in your delivery notes or on WhatsApp.
Need a different size? Chat to us on WhatsApp or email sales@tectonagrandisfurniture.co.uk about made-to-measure options. Please note: sofas made to your size cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Do the sofas come with cushions?
Yes – scatter cushions are included with every sofa. You can also choose high back cushions or scatter back cushions, at the same price.
What are Crushed Velvet and Tokyo Fabric?
Crushed Velvet is a velvet with a crushed, shimmering texture. Tokyo Fabric is a soft fabric with a leather look. Both are available on all our Standard and Premium sofas at the same price. As we do not have sofa photos in these colours, we show a close-up of the fabric.
Can I have a fabric sofa in leather?
Yes. Our Standard and Premium sofas can be made in leather, in Tan, Grey, Brown or Black: +£60 for Standard sofas and +£150 for Premium sofas. The leather price is charged once for a sofa set, a corner sofa or a single sofa – a 3 + 2 set is not charged twice. A stool in leather costs the same as in fabric. Our leather sofas are made in bonded leather.
Are the colours in the photos accurate?
Our photos show each sofa in every colour, but screens show colours differently, so the real colour can look slightly different. If you would like help choosing, send us a message on WhatsApp.
Do I need to assemble my sofa?
Sofa sets, single sofas and straight sofas arrive fully assembled. Corner sofas (including U-shaped corner sofas) arrive in sections – add professional assembly on the sofa page: £49 for Standard and Leather corner sofas, £80 for Premium corner sofas.
Will my sofa fit?
Please measure your doorways, hallways, stairs and lift before you order, and compare them with the sizes on the sofa page. Tell us about any tricky access in the delivery notes – we are happy to advise on WhatsApp.
Can I return my sofa?
Yes – you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. It is free if you bring it to our warehouse, or we can collect it for £50. Faulty or damaged sofas are collected free. See Returns & Refunds.
How long does the Winter Sale last?
Our Winter Sale prices are real reductions and end on 31 December 2026 at 23:59 (UK time).
